Our customer-friendly UPS shipping estimator is calculated on the actual weight of your shipment and the shipping destination for theservice that you specify (ground, air or overnight). A $2.50 order handling fee will
be added to every order. If your order must be shipped in multiple
boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock
and must ship at a later date, shipping charges for the entire order
will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge
only once for UPS shipping, for the entire order. The shipping
estimator used by this site is based on business delivery locations. Shipping Charges and fees
will be charged for shipments to a customer's place of business
anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our
choice. Other terms apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canadian orders. Any
extra charges incurred for additional services, such as insurance,
customer specified carrier or special handling requirements by the
carrier, must be paid by the customer. Title and
risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the
carrier. If your merchandise is damaged in transit, you must file claim
with the carrier.
Payments, Order History And Invoices:
The Calibrated S.P.S. Website retains your complete order history online for purchased made using the website checkout system. Orders placed via Fax, Email, or by phone are not made available online at this time. All invoices are sent via email upon ordering. Printed invoices are made available upon request and will be mailed to the same address as the item is shipped to.
Payment And Credit Card Information:
Your complete company and payment information is stored in our secure accounting system off-line. By placing an order online you consent to have this information stored for accurate customer order processing and accounting purposes. You also consent to allow for Calibrated S.P.S. to charge your credit card for all orders placed regardless as to the method of order placement. Should any payment be made using check, money order, net account, or COD be made, and that payment method fails to process, or is rejected due to insufficient funds you also hereby authorize Calibrated S.P.S. to charge any and all future orders or unpaid invoices to your current credit card account we retain on file. What shipping method does Calibrated S.P.S. use?:
Calibrated S.P.S. uses UPS as
the primary carrier for most small items. Should you require faster
service, UPS BLUE (2-3 day service) or UPS RED (next day service) is
available at an extra cost. Most large items (over 70lbs) are shipped
via Truck. Please note some products may not ship by air such as
hazardous or aerosol items. Items that are hazardous, oversized and or
overweight will be charged extra. Items that are oversized and or
overweight may require shipment via truck freight. Please contact us for current freight shipping rates and delivery times. Specify if you require a lift gate truck when placing your order. Please
note: that drivers are not required to unload merchandise. You must make
the proper arrangements to unload your shipment. Should the driver be
required to unload your merchandise or make a return delivery date you
will be responsible for all extra costs.
Where does Calibrated S.P.S. ship from?:
Calibrated
S.P.S. utilizes a distribution center located in Columbus, Ohio for most of our consumable products. In
addition, we utilize a network of distributors nationally which can drop ship
special items directly. Depending on your location this may save
you time and money in reduced shipping transit times and cost. Most equipment is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
When will I get my order?:
Your
order is thoroughly reviewed by our processing system to ensure that
the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and that you are
authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the
review by our processing system and your account is setup, it is sent
to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can
take up to 3 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the
information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security
reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your
credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we
will ship them as soon as possible from our main Columbus, Ohio
warehouse or from one of our vendor warehouses located throughout the
United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will
not be shipped until we have received and processed the back-ordered
inventory in our warehouse.
Do you ship orders outside the United States?:
Please Note: Our online shopping cart system will only work for orders to be shipped inside the United States and Canada. We ship our products throughout the United States, Canada and Europe using UPS, DHL Air and truck freight transportation services. At this time we do not offer shipping to countries outside these regions.. There is a $300.00 (US Dollars) minimum order amount for European destinations. We will accept shipping orders to freight forwarding companies. However your complete company information must be provided on the bill too section of the member registration for this site. Only after we have validated this information, and received the credit card authorization form will your order be processed. Please Note: that we can not ship chemicals or aerosol products outside the US. Please contact us with any questions regarding international shipping destinations. Can I purchase material from you without being charged tax?:
Since we are awholesale supply company we only do sales that are to other business. We do not collect taxes for wholesale supply items that will be used to manufacture taxable end user products. How do I return or exchange something?:
Returns
will be accepted for defective merchandise for refund or exchange only.
You may return any product the customer believes is defective by simply
requesting a return authorization form within 30 days of placing your
order. A return authorization number with shipping label(s) will be sent
to you. You may request the item(s) be exchanged for an identical
item(s) or a refund, please specify your choice on the form. Calibrated
S.P.S reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items not
used in accordance with products intended design specifications. Before
purchase and use of a product, please review the product application,
and national and local codes and regulations, to be sure that the
product, installation, and use will comply with them. No
returns will be accepted after 30 days. Refunds will not be given for
original shipping costs. Merchandise returned without a return
authorization number or items found to be non-defective will be charged
a 15% restocking fee.
