Anatol Accu-Temp Quartz Flash Dryer:

The Anatol Accu-Temp Quartz Flash Dryer offers a new level of control to the flash curing process. Powerful quartz units make for extremely fast flash times, while fan-driven airflow buffers the surface temperature of the substrate to safeguard delicate fabrics. Forced air is also channeled around the perimeter of the Accu-temp to keep the housing cool and prevent heat leakage to inks in adjacent screens.

Simply stated, the Anatol Quartz Flash Dryer is the fastest method for flashing plastisol inks, offering flash times that can be as fast as 1.5 seconds. The flash dryer only heats up for every index and cools down, so burned pallets and hot work shop conditions are a thing of the past. Now you can print and flash at the same speeds as printing on light colored garments.
