Murakami Capillary Films are SBQ-PVA based pure photopolymer films manufactured under the highest standard of quality control at our factory. (ISO-9001 Certified). Murakami SBQ Films are developed to overcome common disadvantages of diazo based capillary films.

Capillary films are recommended over direct emulsions when a specific stencil profile is preferred. You can achieve repetitive printing result including resolution and definition or thickness over mesh (ink deposit volume). Emulsion thickness available in  20,  30,  50, microns. Excellent resistance to Toluene, Trichlorethylene, Ethyl Acetate, Buthyl Cellasolve, M.I.B.K. Water+IPA. Designed for PCB, MLCC, Panels and other graphic applcaitions.
