STF Roller Frames are available in
textile-standard sizes, each frame is packaged in a box with all the necessary
hardware. The hardware consists of locking strips, bolts, washers and
corners. Unlike other roller frames on the market, the corners of the
STF Roller Frame are pre-assembled on the long rollers, and the short
rollers have the bolts and washers installed. All bolts are
pre-lubricated with anti-seize to minimize assembly time of the STF
Roller Frame. In addition, locking-strips are pre-cut and inserted in
each roller/square bar.
The design of the
STF Roller Frame allows the frame to coexist with other models of
single locking-strip roller frames, currently on the market. The STF
Roller Frame also utilizes the same roller frame tools and stretching
systems that are currently in shops today. Conversely, the STF locking
strips, Torque Wrench and Wrench will also work with existing
single-locking strip roller frames.
STF Frames Feature:
Encapsulated end caps do not allow water to enter the cavity of the frame through the bolt.
Robust cast corners and end caps are the same material and quality that is used in high end pneumatic tools.
Roller wall thickness of 0.080" helps resist frame deflection under tension.
Stainless steel bolts & washers resist corrosion to give years of service.
Available in 3 round and one square bar tubes for manual machines or 4 round tubes for automatic machines.
TENSION LOSS. Tension after printing is easily controlled. Quickly (30-60 secs.) rotate only one roller to retention and restore your mesh to it's original tension (Newtons) level; increasing your fabric life and gaining control of printing variables.
NO NEED TO STORE FRAMES. Reduce your frames on hand, increase valuable shop space, and library only your film and digital file.
INVEST YOUR MONEY. Like other capital equipment in your shop, Roller Frames are a long-term investment engineered to last! In most cases, Roller Frames can be combined with lease purchases.
