Job Description: |
Cut/sew/screen-print facility located in Nicaragua. Approximately 150 employees. Ideal candidate will have worked in Nicaragua previously, but will consider candidates with other South American experience. Responsible for overall day-to-day supervision of the cut/sew and screen-printing plant. Report directly to Director of Manufacturing. Responsible for hiring additional employees as facility grows. |

| Qualifications: |
Must be able to foster an environment that promotes team work and continuous improvement. Experience in overseeing total operation including cutting, sewing, screen-printing, quality control, safety, administation, production planning, inventory, shippng, warehousing and distribution, as well as planning and scheduling of workflow to meet customer needs and delivery dates. |
